Artistic Bones

My artistic bones are starting to irritate me.

Art is all around us. Everywhere we turn we are presented with someones creativity. Whether that be graffiti, phone box art, murals or sculptures adorning the city.

I also have a group of friends who love to paint, and my local custom sneaker store just held a competition where you could design your own 'Munny' (for those who don't know what a 'Munny' is click here: http://sites.kidrobot.com/munnyworld/).

I used to love art when I was in school. Painting, drawing, sculpting... and just recently I've had this niggling feeling in my artistic bones. They have been saying "Let me loose! I need to be creative!"

I want to start doing some of my own art again. I recently did a batch of custom sneakers in Photoshop for a competition for the upcoming Swap and Cop meet and I loved every second I was working on those sneakers. Time seemed to come to a stand still when I was playing with colours and designs. I have always had a passion for art (along with about a hundred other things it seems), but I have let that passion fall by the wayside for too long.

I want to start my art again with a couple of my own custom 'Munny's' and see from there where it takes my creative flair.
